Which shipping method does Doccol Corp provide?

It usually takes 1-3 days to process your order. The actual processing time will depend on the stock level and your order quantity. Customized filaments need longer time to process.

We provide FedEx express carrier as our shipping method to both domestic and international customers.  FedEx express carrier provides better services than the USPS mails, and the costs vary on the different shipping speeds selected (starting from $10-$12 for domestic, $30.69 for North America, and $59.50 for typical international). You will be able to view the cost and transition time for each shipping method while you check out your products online.  International customers are responsible to pay their custom duty at the destination.

Which payment type does Doccol Corp accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), purchase order, bank transfer, and invoice. A $25-30 payment type fee may apply to bank transfer and invoice payment method.

Credit card information and purchase order number can be typed into the related input fields or in the comments box.

Some customers may prefer to transfer credit card information via telephone or fax. In this case, the purchase order payment method may be selected and you will need to input “call for cc info” in the purchase order box (if you don’t have a PO #) or in the comments box (if you have a PO #).

Bank information for wire transfer will be sent via email upon receiving of your order, and will also be printed on formal invoices. For more information please refer to the page “Wire transfer agreement”.
