Our Multi-Layer Cell Culture Systems are engineered for large-scale adherent cell expansion and the efficient production of biological products such as vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and virus packaging. Made from medical-grade polystyrene (GPPS), these systems feature a patented structural design that maximizes culture surface area, ensures high cell density, and streamlines workflow. Available in 1, 2, 5, and 10-layer configurations, the system significantly reduces labor, materials, and time associated with traditional flask-based culturing. It minimizes contamination risk during inoculation, media addition, and harvesting, making it ideal for laboratory-scale production, pilot studies, and small to mid-sized industrial biomanufacturing. Manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom under strict GMP-quality standards, each system undergoes rigorous validation and third-party testing to ensure biosafety, extractables control, and biocompatibility.
