How to Order/Quote

Ordering online avoids spelling errors and gives you a record to work from. With a registered account you can see pricing, check the status of a current order, and review your order history.

For an institutional purchase order, check with your purchasing department whether Doccol is already an approved vendor. If not, ask them to contact Doccol to set up a vendor account.

Order or request a quote online

1. Create an account (or sign in to an existing one).
2. Add the products you need to your cart and set the quantities.
3. Go to checkout: confirm the shipping address, choose a shipping method, confirm the billing address, and choose a payment method (credit card, purchase order, bank transfer or prepayment).
4. Review and confirm the order — or, instead of ordering, request a formal web quote or proforma invoice from your cart.

Order or request a quote by fax or email (institutional buyers)

1. Sign in and build a cart so you can see current pricing, or note the catalog numbers and quantities you need.
2. Send Doccol the product details together with your shipping and billing information and your payment method — on your institution’s purchase-order sheet (with an English translation if needed) or on the Doccol order form.
3. Fax to 1-888-893-5285 or email it to Doccol. Include a return fax number or email address, and tell us how you would like the order confirmed.

Change an order after placing it

You can change an order any time before it ships (after it ships, contact Doccol about a return or exchange). Call or email Doccol, or add a comment to the order in your account: open Account → Orders, open the order, and use the comment box to send Doccol a note.

Provide or correct credit-card information

You can give card details to Doccol by phone, or split the number and send the halves separately by email and fax. Doccol never stores full card numbers from the online checkout — the card is tokenised in your browser and charged directly by the payment provider.
